Tenant Coordination
Professionally trained in architecture and design, our team provides comprehensive tenant coordination services for retailers, developing design criteria specific to each property. This includes supervising and coordinating the planning, design and construction of all tenant spaces at the property. Our efforts result in innovative, high quality store and brand presentations delivered on time and within budget, specific to client needs. Additionally, our tenant coordinators interact closely with leasing specialist to relocate and reposition tenants for optimum sales impact.
Plan Review
As part our Tenant Plan Review services, our tenant coordinators review and approve plans submitted by existing or new tenants who are remodeling or building out spaces. We conduct approximately 300 tenant plan reviews each year. Our Plan review process is focused on enhancing the retail image of the property and achieving a retail experience commensurate with the client’s objectives.
Project Management
While other firms only manage certain phases of your project, we can manage the entire process from design team selection through project close-out. Our solutions are unique to each of our clients, and we tailor each our programs to your client needs and requirements.
