Our regional teams oversee and approve all specialty leasing transactions to ensure rents are maximized for the property, the program’s presentation is of the highest quality and any potential risk for ownership is properly managed. In addition, our teams attend local and national ICSC events and gift shows, seeking out appropriate tenants and staying abreast of the latest trends.
