MIAMI, June 23, 2008 – TIAA CREF has retained Jones Lang LaSalle as leasing agent for Kendall Town & Country Center, a 643,692-square-foot, open-air retail development at 8505 Mills Drive in Miami. Construction is scheduled to begin this summer with completion slated for summer 2009.

Located near the Florida Turnpike at Kendall Drive, Kendall Town & Country Center sits on a 72-acre, five-pad site. The development will feature a 289,580-square-foot open-air lifestyle center and a 465,026-square-foot Town Center, with Entertainment, Restaurants and a specialty retail center.
