CHARLOTTE, NC – Jones Lang LaSalle has been retained by BV Retail LLC, as leasing agent for Ballantyne Village in Charlotte. The 165,000-square-foot open air center is located at 14825 John J. Delaney Drive in Ballantyne. The mixed-use development features restaurants, entertainment and high-end boutique retail as well as loft office space.
