BURLINGTON, NC, July 29, 2008 – Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed exclusive leasing and managing agent for Burlington Square Mall, a 415,000-square-foot regional mall in Burlington, North Carolina. With this assignment, Jones Lang LaSalle now leases and/or manages 1.2 million square feet of retail properties in North Carolina.

John Fee of Jones Lang LaSalle is heading leasing activities while Roma Williams is directing the management efforts.
Burlington Square Mall originally opened as Holy Hill Mall in 1969. It is located at the corner of South Church Street and Huffman Mill Road in Burlington, NC, a mile from I-85/I-40. The 415,000-square-foot center offers some of the nation’s favorite stores including American Eagle, Footlocker, Sears and Victoria’s Secret as well as some local specialty shops such as Chick-Fil-A, Hibbitt Sports and Merle Norman.
