DENVER, October 2, 2007 – Jones Lang LaSalle announced that it has been retained by Sacramento-based Panattoni Development Company as managing agent for Twin Peaks Mall, a 555,919-square-foot regional shopping center situated on 56 acres in Longmont, CO. The mall includes approximately 80 tenants and is anchored by Dillard’s, Sears and United Artist Theatre.

"We are currently considering an extensive redevelopment of the property, which could include incorporating a state-of-the-art movie theater and a natural foods market into the project."

Located at 1250 South Hover Street, Twin Peaks Mall was built in 1985. Panattoni Development recently purchased the 22-year-old mall from the original developer and owner, CBL Properties
