Sheboygan, WI, May 14, 2007 – Jones Lang LaSalle has been awarded the leasing and management of Memorial Mall, a 371,000-square-foot regional, enclosed shopping mall located in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, by ACG Equities, LLC and the owner CNM3, LLC.
The Jones Lang LaSalle team heading the management and leasing efforts are Chris Mischo, General Manager and TJ Just, Leasing Specialist.

The mall services a market of approximately 110,000 persons in a 15-mile radius. It is ideally located less than ½ a mile from I-43 at the Highway 23 interchange with Taylor Drive.
The mall underwent a multi-million dollar renovation in 2003/2004 and now features interior and exterior upgrades including skylights, new ceiling and lighting, floor coverings, new graphics and signage package and parking lot resurfacing. In 2004, Sheboygan was ranked as the 7th safest city in the nation by Morgan-Quitno Press.
