ATLANTA, July 12, 2007 – Jones Lang LaSalle announced that it has been selected by Atlanta-based Gregory Greenfield & Associates, Ltd. (“GG&A”) to provide leasing and property management services for eight retail centers totaling nearly five million square feet of space throughout Alabama, Georgia and the Carolinas.  With these new assignments, Jones Lang LaSalle now leases and manages over 15 million square feet of retail space on behalf of GG&A.

Of the eight retail centers, six are enclosed malls and two are open-air shopping centers.  The enclosed centers are:

• Bel Air Mall, a 1.3 million-square-foot mall in Mobile, Alabama;
• Village Mall, a 527,000-square-foot mall in Auburn, Alabama;
• Glynn Place, a 508,000-square-foot mall in Brunswick, Georgia;
• Valdosta Mall, a 536,000-square-foot mall in Valdosta, Georgia;
• Greenville Mall, a 450,000-square-foot mall in Greenville,
• North Carolina; and Colonial Mall Myrtle Beach, a 524,000-square-foot mall in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Pinnacle at Tutwiler Farm (440,000 square feet) and Promenade at Tutwiler Farm (644,000 square feet), located near Birmingham, Alabama, are the two open-air shopping centers.
