Jones Lang LaSalle Awarded Management Assignment at Wenatchee Valley Mall Printer Friendly Version
 

EAST WENATCHEE, WA, August 16, 2005 - Jones Lang LaSalle was recently awarded the management of Wenatchee Valley Mall, the principal shopping center in North Central Washington, by owner Passco Real Estate Enterprises. The 342,000-square-foot mall completed a major redevelopment in 2000, adding, expanding or remodeling 32 stores.

Built in 1978, Wenatchee Valley Mall is anchored by Macy’s, Sears, and Bed Bath & Beyond. The shopping center has over 40 retail outlets, including Wells Fargo Bank and Quiznos.  Additionally, Sally’s Beauty Supply and Doghouse Urban Wear are slated to open soon.
