EAGLE PASS, TX, October 20, 2005 - Jones Lang LaSalle was recently awarded the leasing and management of Mall de las Aguilas (“Mall of the Eagle”), a 445,572-square-foot shopping center serving a primary trade area of over 1 million residents (Mexico and US) in south Texas, by owner Enterprise Eagle Pass Associates.
Argelia Villareal of Jones Lang LaSalle will manage the property, and Susan Longley will oversee the leasing.
