ATLANTA, August 22, 2005 - Jones Lang LaSalle announced that it has been awarded four new retail assignments in California, Washington and Arkansas totaling approximately three million square feet. Passco Real Estate Enterprises, Inc. recently selected Jones Lang LaSalle to lease Puente Hills Mall in City of Industry, California, and to lease and manage Wenatchee Valley Mall in East Wenatchee, Washington and Hanford Mall in Hanford, California. Additionally, Jones Lang LaSalle was awarded the leasing and management assignment of Central Mall in Fort Smith, Arkansas, by owner Gregory Greenfield & Associates.
Central Mall (Fort Smith, AK): Central Mall is an 860,000-square-foot retail center located at 5111 Rogers Avenue in Fort Smith, Arkansas. With more than 80 retailers including Dillard’s, Sears and Abercrombie & Fitch, Central serves a local population of approximately 131,738 shoppers.
Hanford Mall (Hanford, CA): Built in 1993, the 483,000-square-foot Hanford Mall features retailers such as JCPenney, Gottschalk’s and Mervyn’s. The mall, located at 1675 West Lacey Boulevard, offers easy access to Freeway 198.
Puente Hills Mall (City of Industry, CA): A “town center” that combines restaurants, entertainment venues and retailers, Puente Hills Mall features retailers such as Sears, Linens-n-Things and Old Navy. Conveniently located near 60 Freeway at Azusa Avenue in the City of Industry, the 1.2-million-square-foot retail center caters to more than eight million visitors annually.
Wenatchee Valley Mall (East Wenatchee, WA): Since completing a major redevelopment in 2000, Wenatchee Valley Mall has introduced 32 new, remodeled or expanded stores. The 346,000-square foot center, considered the principal mall in North Central Washington, is anchored by Macy’s, Sears, and Bed Bath & Beyond.
